Licensed as an unlimited commercial kennel, it has 15 inside/outside covered runs on concrete with guillotine doors on each run. The kennel building has hot and cold running water, a grooming area, a nursery area and a gas heater. There are also 3 outside dog paddocks as well as a visiting bitch run. About 3/4 acre of fenced yard around the 3 bedroom 2 bath cape cod that has been fully remodeled over the last few years.

The power company recently upgraded the overhead lines, now we seldom have a power failure. However if we do the automatic backup generator operates all the essential electrical needs.
